If, like me, you purchase tickets at retail outlets, Allwyn have made it
more onerous to claim medium-size prizes.

I wonder whether they're planning to scrap retail purchases altogether
except for scratch cards, where on-line can't recreate the physical
thrill of rubbing off the numbers.

Scratch cards are the "opium of the people" ;-)

I prefer to buy on-line. I've only hit the ceiling on my account once
and then I went retail. But really it's a subtle way of getting you to
not bet on their products.
